The Kametz Remodel & Addition

Several years ago, we worked on a home addition and remodel for the Kametz family in Draper, Utah. In April of 2018, the Kametz home went on the market and was featured on GOOD4UTAH's television show Real Estate Essentials. Watch the first few minutes of the video below to see the footage!

Hope Custom Building typically oversees all aspects of our building projects, but homeowners occasionally like to do some of the work themselves. On this particular project, the homeowner was heavily involved in the remodeling process. Hope Custom Building took care of the excavation, foundation, framing, many phases of the exterior, and some of the interior framing.

Our combined efforts resulted in quite the transformation, as you can see in these before and after photos!
