We finished this partial basement in Draper to include a family/play room, kitchenette, rustic fireplace, and bedroom. The under-cabinet LED lighting of the kitchenette perfectly accents the beautiful marble tile backsplash, and the stone fireplace adds visual appeal and warmth to the basement. The Neumayrs now have plenty of extra space for their family to enjoy for years to come.
